We are conveniently located in Framingham, about half-way between Boston and Worcester. Our office at 223 Walnut Street is just off Route 9, across from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

Financial
White Chiropractic Health Center is not a contracted provider for any insurance carrier. Therefore we do not accept assignment from any insurance company. This means that payment is expected at the time of service. For those whose plans have coverage for chiropractic care, we provide a reimbursement form for the patient to submit to their insurance carrier for reimbursement. Customary reimbursement is between 70-80% of the service cost We have used this system quite successfully for the past 23 years. All information required by the insurance companies and flexible spending plans is on this form. Nutritional costs are not generally accepted by insurance, but many flex plans do allow them. Our price structure is very competitive - usually below the average. Payment can be made by cash, check, or most major credit cards.
Cancellation
You are expected to keep all scheduled appointments made. We realize that unexpected and unavoidable situations may arise, but ask that you provide us with at least 12 hours notice if you are unable to keep any scheduled appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer this appointment time to another patient.
Appointments are scheduled at specific times for you and Dr. White to best continue your care and progress. Appointment cards are given when your appointment is booked and calls are made the day before your appointment as a courtesy and reminder. Failure to provide advance notice may result in a service charge.
