We understand that seeking Chiropractic care is a new experience for many. More than likely you found our office through the referral of a friend, family member, or colleague and have an idea of what we do here at White Chiropractic Health Center. I would like to further explain the flow of your first visit and step toward better health.
When you call or e-mail us for your initial visit, certain information will be asked of you. This includes your reason for seeking our help, who referred you (so we can thank them), and basic contact information. Once that is done, we can schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. We have initial intake and acceptance forms on line that you may download and complete prior to your appointment. This is preferable as you are completing them at your leisure, with time to add or edit, and thereby making them more complete. Forms are also available for completion at the office.
Dr. White will then take a history of your health concerns, examine and analyze you to ascertain your cause of pain, illness, dysfunction, etc. If you are comfortable and in agreement with his assessment and recommendations, treatment will begin at that time.
You must realize that healing takes time and be willing to take responsibility toward your own health and healing. This is a joint venture and working together we can make great things happen.
